This came with a King Arthur themed BarkBox. It is a gold crown cut out. You just disconnect it from the larger piece of paper and connect both of the ends through the slot and hook. Then you can put it on your dog's head for pictures or to King him for a prom or something. Very cute idea. I will mail the whole sheet of paper folded in half.
